Terms of Service

Last updated July 9, 2026

Aibuku is operated by Klevox Studio B.V., based in the Netherlands. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Aibuku’s website, app, and services. By using Aibuku, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Aibuku on behalf of an organization, you agree to them on its behalf.

The service

Aibuku connects your product or service to AI assistants. You can set up your tools by connecting a Google Calendar, describing a service, importing an API specification, or connecting a codebase. We host a connection that exposes your chosen tools to AI assistants and routes their requests to your systems using credentials you provide.

Aibuku is in active development and currently offered as an early-access service. Features may change, and parts of the service may be added, modified, or removed over time.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a contract to use Aibuku. You are responsible for the information in your account, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Connecting your sources and credentials

When you connect a source, you authorize us to access it as needed to generate and operate your tools. When you provide access credentials, you confirm that you are entitled to share them and that they are scoped to what you intend the tools to do.

You decide which tools go live. You are responsible for the tools you enable, for the actions those tools allow an AI assistant to take, and for reviewing them before turning them on. You can switch any tool off at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
  • Connect systems, data, or credentials you are not authorized to connect.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Use the service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
  • Resell or misrepresent the service.

Your customers and their data

You are responsible for your relationship with your own customers and for having a lawful basis to process their data through your tools. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process your customers’ data on your behalf to route requests, we do so only to provide the service.

Fees

Aibuku is currently free to use during early access. We will give you clear notice before introducing any charges, and you will be able to review pricing before anything is billed.

Intellectual property

We own the Aibuku service, website, and software, along with our brand and content. You own your own content, code, and data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you, such as reading a connected source to generate your tools and routing requests to your systems.

Any feedback you send us may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

Third-party services

Aibuku works with third-party services, including AI assistants and the sources you connect, such as GitHub and Google. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI assistants will use your tools correctly. AI outputs can be inaccurate, and you are responsible for deciding which tools to make available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aibuku and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or, where the service was free, a limited amount as permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Aibuku and its operator against claims arising from your use of the service, the sources and credentials you connect, the tools you enable, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You can stop using Aibuku and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of the Netherlands will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above, and for significant changes we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
